You don’t need fancy equipment or to spend hours in the gym to build muscle strength or sculpt better arms.
With just a few sets of dumbbells, less than 15 minutes every other day, and this Bikini Arms Routine by the Tone It Up girls Karena and Katrina you can build muscle in no time.
How to Use Dumbbells:
If getting toned and muscular arms with dumbbells is the goal for the summer you’ve come to the right place.
Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up have some amazing dumbbell arm workouts for beginners. So I went to them for inspiration.
If you haven’t heard of these ladies you need to go check them out! They are seriously amazing! They teach you everything you need from what to eat to workout videos.
I decided to pick 2 of their dumbbell workout routine videos that focus on arms. I chose one video that is only focused on arms The Bikini Arms Routine and the other one is a Total Body Tone Up workout that includes a lot of arms throughout the workout.
Both of the videos are less than 15 minutes so I can do them both in 30 minutes. I decided to do both videos every other day at least 3 times a week.
The Progress:
I started my toning workout plan in January of this year 2017.
When I first started I used 5lb weights. I struggled to get all of the reps in at the beginning, but by the end of January I was able to do the videos with 5lb weights no problem and was feeling ready for more weight.
For the month of February, I increase the weights to 8lbs. Again I struggled at the beginning of the month and struggled to do all of the reps, however by the end of February I was about to complete all of the reps and was ready for more weight.
Now I am currently in the month of March and I am using 12lb weights.
The Plan:
So far I’m loving the results of my new workout routine to get strong and tone arms. I can actually see a
difference!
My plan is to add another body muscle like my legs next to start doing on the opposite day of my arm videos.
My goal for my arms is to be able to do both the videos using 20lb weights by July, 29th 2017.

It’s that easy. No fancy gym membership or fancy equipment.
All you need are a few sets of dumbbells to get you on the path to looking and feeling better.
